I have witnessed and experienced how much change is demanded of professionals in every industry and every type of business.
In my presentations, coaching, and workshops on transition, I equip my clients and participants with the resources to avoid being victimized by change and, instead, to be empowered by the opportunities transformation can offer!
Throughout my career, I have personally navigated many professional transitions including job changes, industry changes, promotions, leadership, relocations, and multiple corporate and team reorganizations.
As a result, I have experience with the loss and recovery of passion and purpose that occurs inside transition. I have also seen the difference that the development of transition skills and coaching can make!
Prior to starting my own company, I worked for Fortune 100 companies for over 16 years, including Johnson & Johnson and Georgia Pacific. I have held positions in leadership and in sales, earning recognition and awards, including being part of a select group of individuals to have achieved a Johnson & Johnson Leadership Award.
I completed my coaching certification through Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and have been recognized by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), indicating a level of expertise, experience, and professionalism in coaching (see ICF Code of Ethics here). My Bachelor of Arts degree is from Scripps College.
