Global Perspective

Growing up, I spent about 6 years of my early life, living in the Middle East and traveling around the world with my family.
Experiencing life in two very different countries gave me an early appreciation for diversity and a global perspective. Cultures, religions, and politics can be very different, but joy, fear, and love are the same.

My Ah-Ha Moment

When I entered corporate America, I pursued a successful career in sales because I liked connecting with my customers and helping them solve problems. My natural affinity for teaching and helping others grow, led me to training and leadership roles, where I found great satisfaction coaching a diverse workforce towards their professional goals.

It wasn't until I stepped into a role where I no longer coached or trained, that I realized how vital it was to my happiness. So cliche, but true: Sometimes you have to lose something to know how important it is to you.
Coaching, I had finally realized, was what made all the other aspects of my job, sustainable. From that point onward, I began to pursue coaching as a full-time vocation.
My Career, In A Nutshell
I have been formally coaching people to greater success for the past 11 years. It is my "gift", my passion, and the intersection of all of my talent, training, and experience.
Prior to starting my own company, I worked in Fortune 100 companies for over 16 years, including Johnson & Johnson and Georgia Pacific. I earned recognition and awards in leadership, training, and sales, including being part of a select group of individuals to have achieved a Johnson & Johnson Leadership Award.

My training and certification was completed through Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, one of the oldest and most respected training organizations in the field of coaching. I am also certified in NLP.
Additionally, I have earned the credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation, an achievement in expertise, experience, and training that only 30% of ICF recognized coaches have attained worldwide.
